Basil Ice Cream topped with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • Some Fresh basil leaves

  • 2-4 tbls filtered water

  • Topping
  • 1 Peach

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Plum

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Oats

  • Coconut Flakes

  • Buckwheat

  • Dates

Directions

  • In a food processer blend bananas, peas, basil and water. Cut fruit- place and sprinkle your favourite seeds on top.
  • Don’t forget the coconut flakes
