Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup High Protein Almond Milk

  • 1 ½ scoop Vanilla Pea Protein

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Mixed Spice

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Biscoff Spread

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an appropriate sized ramekin with the oil.
  • Add all the ingredients (except the oil and the biscoff) to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin and dollop the biscoff in the middle, then cover with the oat mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on top. Enjoy!
