Biscoff Baked Oats

1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup High Protein Almond Milk
1 ½ scoop Vanilla Pea Protein
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Mixed Spice
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an appropriate sized ramekin with the oil.
- Add all the ingredients (except the oil and the biscoff) to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin and dollop the biscoff in the middle, then cover with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on top. Enjoy!
