Ingredients

  • 2 pkts (454g) frozen grated cassava

  • 1 can coconut cream

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 cup raw sugar

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into baking dish greased with margarine/vegan butter.
  • Bake for 1hr 15 mins.
