Chickpea Omelette

1 cup chickpea flour
1 tbsp flaxseed (linseed) meal
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mix herbs
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of black salt
Pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add just over 1 cup of water. Give it a good whisk and voila, ready to fry into an omelette!
Notes
- You can often find black salt (which is pink) at Indian supermarkets. It gives food an amazingly eggy smell and taste!
- I prepare my dry mix on the weekend and it keeps me going for the week!
