Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup medium grain rice

  • 3 cups coconut water

  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp coconut cream

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients except the coconut cream, into a saucepan
  • Bring to the boil over a medium heat, then turn the heat down and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chocolate rice is cooked.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut cream
