Crispy Cheesy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes

  • 2-3 tbsp oil

  • 2 tsp spices of choice (salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)

  • 1 tsp red pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  • Cut potatoes into wedges
  • Combine oil, spices, red pepper powder and nutritional yeast in a bowl. Add the potatoes and mix well
  • Bake for about 35 minutes, turning it after 15 minutes until golden and crispy
  • Serve with an avocado dip, tomato sauce or tomato relish
