Sarah Mitchell Weston (PhD), founder and Registered Nutritionist, specialises in providing nutrition advice and diet plans for vegans and the vegan curious, particularly for those concerned about nutrient balance, sport performance, and during pregnancy. Consultations can be held in-person at our Grey Lynn location (by appointment only) or online via Zoom throughout New Zealand.
