Organic Flour Mills is a family business in Palmerston North, milling organic whole-grain flours. Our Zentrofan cyclone mills produce fine nutritious flour, by milling the whole grain, including the bran and germ. The cyclonic effect keeps the flour cool during the milling, retaining the nutrients from the organic grain. We mill wheat and rye, grown in the South Island, and locally grown spelt, as well as gluten-free buckwheat and brown rice.
