Pho-Mo was created by a couple of foodies who wanted to leave their day jobs and try something new. So far we’ve been very successful, being open minded and listening to customers is a big part of that success. We also knew that Wellington has a big vegan community and catering to them with our extensive separate vegan menu has paid off as our vegan customers become great regulars for our business and have helped us grow our business through sharing their experience.
