You will find Purple Cat – Plant Based Goodness Food Truck at community gatherings, local markets, (Taupo) low waste events, and conscious festivals.
Purple Cat’s menu consists of Smoothies, Hot Drinks, Raw Cakes, Slices and Chocolates, and Raw Pizza, all Vegan, Gluten Free, Refined sugar Free. Plant based milk is all made in small batches, minimizing landfill waste.
We celebrate, advocate and promote at an international, national and local level so that veganism appears positively in the media, with policy makers and in the minds of the public.
