Sustainability is at the heart Wise Boys, from the 100% plant-based homemade burger patties, to their zero waste fully-compostable packaging and locally-sourced ingredients for their aioli and mayo (now stocked in boutique stores across the country). Starting as a food truck in 2016, the boys have now opened their first permanent site in the heart of Grey Lynn.
