Lemon Herb Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu

  • Zest of one lemon

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tbsp chopped sage

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Chop tofu into bite size cubes, or however you like, then fry in a pan in 1/2 tbsp oil until all sides are lightly browned.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl then pour over the tofu. Fry until excess liquid has evaporated then enjoy!
