Lemon Herb Tofu

1 block tofu
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp chopped sage
2 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Chop tofu into bite size cubes, or however you like, then fry in a pan in 1/2 tbsp oil until all sides are lightly browned.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl then pour over the tofu. Fry until excess liquid has evaporated then enjoy!
