Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 250 g chocolate

  • 1 can condensed milk (I recommend Natur's Charm)

  • 1 ½ cup vegan mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup vegan biscuits, crumbled

Directions

  • Melt chocolate, using the double boiler method. Then stir in the condensed milk until combined.
  • Add the marshmallows and biscuits and stir to evenly distribute.
  • Line a dish with baking paper and pour in fudge mixture, spreading out evenly.
  • Leave to set in fridge overnight, then slice and enjoy!!
