1 tin chickpeas drained
4tBs peanut butter
3tBs rice malt syrup or any liquid sweetener
1ts baking soda
1ts vanilla extract
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on 180 for 10-15mins
- For an iron boost, use blackstap molasses instead of the liquid sweetener. It will taste like liquorice.
