Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas drained

  • 4tBs peanut butter

  • 3tBs rice malt syrup or any liquid sweetener

  • 1ts baking soda

  • 1ts vanilla extract

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on 180 for 10-15mins
  • For an iron boost, use blackstap molasses instead of the liquid sweetener. It will taste like liquorice.
