Ginger crunch

Ginger crunch base 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup standard flour 1 teaspoon ground ginger Icing 2 tablespoons oil 2 teaspoons ground ginger 2 big tablespoons golden syrup or treacle 2 - 3 teaspoons water 2 cups icing sugar


Blend base ingredients, press into a pan and bake at 180 degrees until golden. While still warm blend the icing ingredients (use extra water as required), then ice.
