Artichoke
Cabbage

Directions
- Using a stainless steel steamer, and to create a hangi flavour, firstly steam manuka shavings for a smoky flavour.
- Replace manuka with water to create the steam.
- Peel and cut veggies to suit.
- Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Put vegetables inside hessian bags and placed in baskets inside steamer.
- Wrap stuffing in tin foil then place on top of hessian bags, or cook separately in oven.
- Steam for 90 minutes, remove and serve.
Notes
- Tofu and tempeh are great to add, as are mushrooms, cauliflower, onions, courgette, peppers or any other veggies you like.
