Smashed Avocado Toast

2 avocados
Chili hummus
2 garlic cloves
Sea salt
4 slices rye or sourdough bread
Directions
- Mash the avocado, chili hummus, garlic and sea salt to your desired consistency.
- When bread is toasted, spread the avocado mixture on the toast.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Serve with cherry tomatoes.
