Smashed Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • Chili hummus

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Sea salt

  • 4 slices rye or sourdough bread

Directions

  • Mash the avocado, chili hummus, garlic and sea salt to your desired consistency.
  • When bread is toasted, spread the avocado mixture on the toast.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Serve with cherry tomatoes.
