Truffle Cashew Dip

  • 1 cup raw cashew pieces

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • ½ cup of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of truffle oil

  • ½ to 1 cup of water


  • Soak broken cashew pieces for 2hrs in water or for 10 minutes in just boiled water.
  • Discard that water and blitz the cashews with salt, lemon juice, olive oil, truffle oil and water, depending on desired consistency.
