Truffle Cashew DipCourse: DipsCuisine: EuropeanDifficulty: Easy
1 cup raw cashew pieces
½ tsp salt
Juice of half a lemon
½ cup of olive oil
1 tsp of truffle oil
½ to 1 cup of water
- Soak broken cashew pieces for 2hrs in water or for 10 minutes in just boiled water.
- Discard that water and blitz the cashews with salt, lemon juice, olive oil, truffle oil and water, depending on desired consistency.
