Summer is a great time to enjoy plant-based goodies such as ice-cream, cheese and wine evenings, vegan BBQs and picnics on the beach. One of the many great things about plant-based foods is there is no cholesterol in any of them. Some plants even help reduce cholesterol levels! By omitting animal products from your diet, you can reduce the amount of saturated fat you eat, whilst still receiving the good fats that your body needs.
