Chocolate Crunch Bars

250 g vegan chocolate
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup rice bubbles
Directions
- Melt the chocolate and stir through peanut butter.
- Then mix in the rice bubbles and spread evenly in a lined baking dish.
- Set in the fridge for two hours then slice into bars
