Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 250 g vegan chocolate

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup rice bubbles

Directions

  • Melt the chocolate and stir through peanut butter.
  • Then mix in the rice bubbles and spread evenly in a lined baking dish.
  • Set in the fridge for two hours then slice into bars
