We are proud to be creating a range of chocolate that is delicious as well as being gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free.

​We hand-make all of our chocolate in small batches. to begin, we sort our cacao beans before dehydrating them, cracking the beans, winnowing (to remove the outer husk from the nibs) and grinding the nibs in a stone grinder until they become silky smooth cacao liquor.

We then combine our cacao liquor with the best raw, organic, unrefined ingredients in a way that preserves their natural goodness.
