Whare O Māra is a non-profit, sustainable business offering ethical vegan kai.
Established in 2015 by Pip Brown, with aims to increase awareness around animal welfare & educate about the many benefits of a vegan diet & lifestyle.
From teaching culinary students, to offering advice on ingredients & meal plans, Pip networks with Farmer's Markets, community groups & on-line vegan groups.
This summer Whare O Māra will be opening a Vegan Deli & Tearooms in Whakaoriori, Masterton.
We celebrate, advocate and promote at an international, national and local level so that veganism appears positively in the media, with policy makers and in the minds of the public.
