Mango and Date Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango

  • 24 packet dates or 12 medjool dates

  • 2 cup of water

  • Optional nutrition and anti-oxidant packed extras
    tbsp tahini or tbsp nut butter
    handful of blueberries
    handful of walnuts
    2 tbsp chia seeds or tbsp flax/linseed

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients till smooth in a blender or bullet.

Notes

  • This works really well with the base ingredients but it’s great to have the smoothie as a platform for your day’s nutrients and omega-3s!
  • Throw in whatever extras you think will go, or add one or more of our suggested extras:
  • Flaxseed/linseed powder, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries.
