Salted Chocolate Thickshake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts

  • 2 banana sliced and frozen

  • 1 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp cacoa powder

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tsp miso paste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Blend cashews in a blender to a fine flour
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30-60 seconds or until creamy. Serve immediately, or you can spoon into glasses and freeze for an hour to firm up.
